We are seeking an experienced Training & Quality Manager (IT as a Service) to lead the training function for a Digital and Technical Helpdesk program. In this role, you will design and deliver engaging training programs, manage a team of trainers, identify skill gaps, and drive continuous learning initiatives. You will collaborate with stakeholders to align training with business goals, oversee curriculum quality, track training effectiveness, and coach employees to improve performance. The ideal candidate has strong experience in BPO Learning & Development, training management, SQL, APIs, SaaS or IT Helpdesk environments, and digital advertising support, with the ability to lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced technical environment.
