Travel & Hospitality Account

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for a Travel & Hospitality account.
Qualifications:
• No call center experience required
• At least High School graduate
• Good communication skills
• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with travel-related inquiries and concerns
• Provide information regarding bookings and reservations
• Address customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Deliver excellent customer service experience
Salary: ₱18,500.00

Technology Account
We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for a Technology account.
Qualifications:
• At least 6 months call center experience (CCE) required
• Good communication skills
• Able to troubleshoot and assist customers effectively
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries and provide technical assistance
• Resolve account and product-related concerns
• Provide accurate information and support to customers
• Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service
Salary: ₱20,000.00
