Join our Travel Account team and help customers manage their travel needs with confidence. As a Travel Support Specialist, you will assist customers with reservations, booking modifications, cancellations, itinerary inquiries, and other travel-related concerns while delivering outstanding customer service.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping people, solving problems, and working in a dynamic customer-focused environment. You will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and positive travel experience for customers.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of BPO experience is preferred

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to manage customer inquiries professionally

• Detail-oriented and highly organized

• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including holidays and weekends

• Must be willing to work onsite within Metro Manila
