Role Overview

Transcom Manila is hiring strong Travel Tech / Technical Support professionals for an upcoming Travel Technology campaign. We are looking for candidates who have experience supporting customers in technology-driven, high-volume environments and who are comfortable handling multiple applications, systems, and real-time customer support channels.

Candidates with exposure to SaaS, hotel technology, Property Management Systems (PMS), Point-of-Sale (POS), payment platforms, travel technology, or hospitality operations will have a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Handle technical customer support inquiries via multiple channels

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to travel technology platforms, PMS, POS, and payment systems

Support customers in a high-volume, queue-based environment

Manage live chat and other real-time customer support channels

Work across multiple products, tools, applications, and systems simultaneously

Meet measurable KPIs and performance targets

Utilize AI-powered customer support tools including knowledge bots and AI-assisted responses

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience

Ideal Candidate Profile

Required Experience:

Experience in a customer-facing Technical Support / Customer Support role

Experience supporting technology products or platforms

Exposure to SaaS, PMS, POS, payment systems, hotel technology, or similar platforms

Experience working in a high-volume, queue-based environment

Experience handling Live Chat or other real-time customer support channels

Experience working with measurable KPIs / performance targets

Ability to work across multiple products, tools, applications, and systems simultaneously

Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS), payment gateways, and channel managers

Comfortable using or working alongside AI-powered customer support tools

Exposure to tools such as knowledge bots, AI-assisted responses, suggested replies, or similar support technologies
