Job title: UK Culture Coach
Account: UK Financial Collections
Work set up: 100% Onsite at Eton Centris, Quezon City
Work shift: Shifting schedules, UK time
Salary: Up to 60,000 basic + 2400 allowance depending on experience
*Joining Bonus of 40K
Start date: ASAP
Headcount: 1

Qualifications:
• College graduate (preferably in HR/Psychology/Sociology or any related fields
• Minimum 3–5 years in HR, organizational development, or culture/coaching roles, preferably within a BPO or CX services organization
• Certifications: Diversity, equity, and inclusion certifications or cultural competency training is desirable
• Someone with a knowledge of UK culture, banking industry, and BPO Operational requirements
• Not a job hopper

Final Interview: MS Teams

• How many years of relevant experience you have with in HR, organizational development, or culture/coaching roles?
• Do you have a BPO or CX organization experience?
