Multilingual Customer Support Associate – Khmer

Location: Quezon City, Philippines
Work Setup: Onsite
Shift: Shifting / Night Shift

Job Overview

We are seeking fluent Khmer-speaking Customer Support Associates to provide exceptional customer service across multiple communication channels. This role is ideal for candidates who are proficient in Khmer and English and are passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences. Freshers with strong language skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, chat, email, or other support channels.
Provide customer support in both Khmer and English.
Assist customers with account inquiries, billing concerns, service requests, product information, and general support.
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Communicate professionally with customers from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Accurately document customer interactions using company systems.
Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction targets.
Build customer trust through excellent service and effective problem-solving.
Perform additional tasks as required to support business operations.

Qualifications

Fluent and spontaneous communication skills in Khmer (spoken and written).
Working knowledge of English is required, as training and internal systems are in English.
Open to candidates with or without BPO experience.
Previous Collections or Order-to-Cash (O2C) experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Must be legally authorized to work in the Philippines with a valid Work Visa.
Temporary Resident Visa holders are also welcome to apply.
Willing to work onsite in Quezon City.
Willing to work rotating or night shifts.
