The Role

Are you a SAP Sales & Distribution expert with 10–15 years of experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA? Do you thrive on providing application support, troubleshooting, and delivering efficient, scalable solutions?

We are looking for a high-caliber SAP SD Senior Consultant to provide application support, analyze business requirements, configure SAP SD modules, and partner with development teams to deliver complex business solutions. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, mentor junior team members, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

· Application Support: Provide application support, troubleshooting, analysis, and resolution of production issues within the SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) domain.
· Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional solutions.
· Solution Design: Analyze system capabilities and recommend efficient, scalable, and sustainable solutions aligned with business objectives.
· Configuration: Configure SAP SD modules and related business processes to support operational and project requirements.
· Development Partnership: Partner with development teams to design, build, test, and deploy custom enhancements and complex business solutions.
· Solution Review: Participate in solution design reviews and contribute to system optimization initiatives.
· Technical Expansion: Develop and expand technical knowledge in ABAP Debugging, Code Analysis, Low-Code Development, SAP Security, Automation, and CI/CD.
· Testing: Plan, execute, and support functional, integration, and user acceptance testing activities.
· Deployment: Manage solution deployment processes and provide post-go-live support.
· Training: Deliver end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions as required.
· Mentorship: Mentor junior team members and contribute to capability development within the team.
· Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance, stability, and user experience.

Minimum Qualifications

· Education: College Graduate.
· Experience: 10–15 years of experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA with a strong focus on Sales & Distribution (SD) .
· Domain Expertise: Strong expertise in SAP SD configuration and business process design.
· O2C Experience: Hands-on experience with Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
· Problem-Solving: Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
· Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
· Mindset: Customer-focused, self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working effectively in a collaborative team environment.
· Ownership: Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and results orientation.
· Decision-Making: Demonstrated critical-thinking and decision-making skills.
· Adaptability: Continuous learning mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving technologies and business requirements.
· Employment Stability: Must not be a "job hopper" (we value long-term commitment).

Nice-to-Have Skills

· Knowledge of ABAP Debugging and code analysis
· Experience with SAP Security concepts and authorization management
· Exposure to SAP Integration technologies and interface management
· Familiarity with automation tools and CI/CD practices
· SAP SD Certification is an advantage
· Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation or migration projects is highly desirable
