We are currently looking for experienced Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to join our team. If you are fluent in Spanish and English and have a strong background in customer service, we encourage you to apply.

Spanish Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Work Setup: On-site (Manila)

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree holder or at least 2 years in college (no back subjects)

Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal)

Minimum of 2 years experience as a Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representative

At least 1 year of BPO (call center) experience

Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills

Proficient in MS Office applications

Strong multitasking, customer service, and problem-solving abilities
