The Role

Are you a Talend expert with 5+ years of experience in enterprise application integration, ETL/ELT development, or middleware technologies? Do you thrive on designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions that connect enterprise systems and data workflows?

We are looking for a high-caliber Talend Support Consultant/Developer to design, develop, and maintain Talend integration solutions, interfaces, and data workflows. You will support enterprise integration projects, collaborate with business stakeholders and architects, and ensure the smooth operation of critical integration systems.

If you have hands-on experience with Talend Data Integration and Talend Cloud platforms, strong Java and SQL skills, and a passion for integration, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Integration Development: Design, develop, and maintain Talend integration solutions, interfaces, and data workflows.
Project Delivery: Support the implementation and delivery of enterprise integration projects.
Solution Design: Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective integration solutions.
Documentation: Prepare technical specifications, solution designs, implementation documentation, operational procedures, and support materials.
Project Planning: Participate in project planning, estimation, and delivery activities.
Collaboration: Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver integration solutions.
Testing: Perform unit testing, integration testing, performance testing, and defect resolution.
Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration jobs and workflows.
Production Support: Provide application maintenance and production support, including incident investigation and resolution.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with integration standards, security requirements, and development best practices.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to integration architecture discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Knowledge Sharing: Support knowledge sharing and collaboration within the integration community.
Mentorship: Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance when required.

Minimum Qualifications

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in enterprise application integration, ETL/ELT development, or middleware technologies.
Talend Expertise: Hands-on experience developing and supporting Talend integration solutions.
Talend Platforms: Must have hands-on experience with Talend Data Integration and Talend Cloud platforms.
Technical Skills: Strong experience with Java, SQL/PL-SQL, and scripting technologies.
Employment Stability: Must not be a "job hopper" (we value long-term commitment).
