URGENTLY HIRING: Operations Supervisor (Travel account)
Are you an experienced BPO Operations Supervisor looking for your next opportunity? Join our team and lead a high-performing customer service team!
Work Setup: Onsite – MOA
Schedule: Shifting Schedule
Qualifications:
1–2 years of experience as a BPO Operations Supervisor
Background in Travel & Hospitality is required
Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
Knowledge of contact center KPIs, quality, and compliance
Willing to work onsite on a shifting schedule
Recruitment Process: TA Interview → Operations Interview → Client Interview
