*Customer Service Representative
*Location:* West McKinley, Taguig City
*Job Description:*
Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats for US Telco and Healthcare clients. Assist customers with billing inquiries, technical support, claims, and member services while ensuring quality and compliance.
*Qualifications:*
- At least High School Graduate
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Computer literate and comfortable with multiple systems
- Willing to work on-site, shifting schedule including weekends and holidays
- BPO experience is an advantage but not required
