Position: USRN – Non Voice

Work Setup: WFH((strictly within Metro Manila only))

Schedule: Shifting / Graveyard

Location: Bridgetowne QC

Start Date & Headcount Requirements

•Jan 16, 2026 – 5 Headcount

Compensation & Benefits

Earn Up To: ₱76,000/month + ₱100,000 Sign-On Bonus

Upon Hire:

•₱50,000 Basic Pay

•₱10,000 Premium Allowance

•₱1,000 Flex Fund Allowance

Other Benefits:

•20% Night Differential

•HMO Coverage for employees on Day 1 (Dependent on certification)

•Life & Accident Insurance

•Monthly Incentive Program

•Annual Performance Appraisal

•13th & 14th Month Pay

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of bedside work experience (required)

• Only candidates living in Metro Manila will be considered for this role.

•The USRN and PHRN licenses should be active for at least 6 months at the time of application.

Education Requirements

• Graduate of BS Nursing

• Active PH Nursing License (Required and must be clearly indicated on the CV)

• Active USRN License – Any State (Required and must be clearly indicated on the CV)
