USRN Clinical Analyst | Work From Home

Company: Sagility

Work Setup: Work at Home (WAH)

Work Schedule: Shifting

Salary Package: 56,000 PHP per month + Signing Bonus

Basic: 50,000 PHP

Account Premium: 5,000 PHP

Flex Fund Allowance: 1,000 PHP

No. of Headcount: 10

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

- Basic: 50,000 PHP + 5,000 PHP Account Premium + 1,000 PHP Flex Fund = 56,000 PHP Package

- Signing Bonus

- 20% Night Differential

- HMO Coverage on Day 1

- Performance Incentives

- 14th Month Pay

- Rice Allowance: 300 PHP per month upon regularization

- Referral Bonus

QUALIFICATIONS

- Active PH RN and US RN License (any state), valid for at least 6 months upon application

- Minimum 1 year bedside or hospital or clinical experience as Staff Nurse. Training and Internship not included

- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

- Proficient in EMR systems and other healthcare software

- Must have valid Certificate of Employment from recent employers

- Must reside within Metro Manila, within 25 km of Quezon City site

- WAH Ready: Stable wired internet connection with 50 Mbps speed

- Should not be a former or current employee of the client

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Obtain and review detailed patient medical history and perform initial assessments

- Document patient interactions accurately and in a timely manner

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes

- Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulations for high standards of patient care

- Continuously develop nursing knowledge and skills

- Contribute to the success of the nursing team and organization

RECRUITMENT DETAILS
