Responsible for reviewing healthcare-related processes and interactions to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with established standards. The role requires an active USRN license, bedside nursing experience, and experience in Utilization Review/Utilization Management and quality assurance. The specialist will perform quality reviews, identify gaps, document findings, and support continuous improvement.
