USRN TEAM LEADER – NON-VOICE

Are you an Active USRN with strong Utilization Management experience and proven people-leadership skills?

We’re looking for a confident and results-driven USRN Team Leader to lead a healthcare operations team in a non-voice environment. If you’re ready to combine your clinical knowledge with leadership and make an impact, this could be your next career move.

- Position: USRN Team Leader – Non-Voice

- Account: El Paso & Hartford

- Work Setup: Temporary Work From Home (TWFH)

- Schedule: Shifting

- Location: Nationwide – BGC, Taguig | Cebu | Davao | Clark, Pampanga

- Start Date: ASAP

Qualifications

We’re looking for candidates who have:

- Active USRN license — any mainland US state license accepted

- 2–3 years of BPO/CPO Utilization Management experience

- At least 1 year of people-management or relevant leadership experience

- Strong understanding of healthcare operations and Utilization Management processes

- Proven ability to coach, guide, and support team members

- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work effectively in a non-voice environment

- Willingness to work on a shifting schedule
