Are you an experienced US Registered Nurse (USRN) with a passion for coaching and developing healthcare professionals? We are looking for a USRN Trainer (Assistant Manager Level) to lead clinical training programs, develop engaging learning content, and ensure operational readiness for U.S. healthcare accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and hybrid clinical training programs for new hires and tenured employees.
Facilitate training across healthcare programs including Utilization Management (UM), Case Management (CM), Clinical Appeals, Triage, and Claims Review.
Design, update, and maintain engaging training materials, assessments, simulations, and reference guides.
Evaluate trainee performance through assessments, coaching sessions, and certification activities.
Support transition-to-production activities including nesting, side-by-side coaching, and shadowing.
Ensure all training materials comply with U.S. healthcare regulations, HIPAA, and client requirements.
Maintain accurate training documentation, reports, attendance records, and performance metrics.
Identify knowledge gaps and facilitate refresher and upskilling sessions.
Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Learning teams to continuously improve training effectiveness.

Qualifications

Active and unrestricted US Registered Nurse (USRN) License.
Minimum 2–3 years of clinical bedside experience (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, Telemetry, or similar).
At least 1 year of experience as a USRN Trainer in a BPO or U.S. Healthcare account.
Strong knowledge of MCG/Milliman, InterQual, HIPAA, clinical guidelines, and U.S. medical terminology.
Experience facilitating clinical training, coaching, or education programs.
Excellent presentation, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of Instructional Design or Learning & Development is an advantage.
Willing to work onsite in Makati on a shifting schedule.
