Job title: USRN Training Specialist

Account: El Paso Account

Work set-up: Hybrid/ Temporary WFH

Work schedule: Shifting

Salary budget: PHP 60,000 - 80,000 package (Fixed and non-negotiable) With SIGN ON BONUS of PHP 100K

Location: All locations in the Philippines (BGC Taguig, Cebu, Davao and Clark, Pampanga)

Start date: ASAP

Qualifications:
• At least 1-2 years of BPO/CPO Utilization Management experience

• With at least 1 year of training or teaching experience (academe background is okay).

Certificate/Credentials:

• USRN (Any state)

Recruitment Process:
• Validation

• Talkpush profile creation

• HR Interview

• Hiring Manager Interview

• Onboarding

Screening notes:
• Current location and preferred site to work

• Do you have an active USRN license? Provide the validity date
