Position: USRN – Voice
Work Setup: 100% Onsite
Work Location: Bridgetowne Giga Tower, Quezon City
Schedule: Shifting / Graveyard
Start Date & Headcount Requirements
Quezon City:
• ASAP – 10 Headcount
Compensation
Earn up to: ₱88,000/month + ₱100,000 Sign-On Bonus
Upon Hire:
• ₱60,000 Basic Pay
• ₱10,000 Premium Allowance
• ₱1,000 Flex Fund Allowance
Other Benefits
• 20% Night Differential
• HMO Coverage for employees on Day 1 (Dependents upon certification)
• Life & Accident Insurance
• Monthly Incentive Program
• Annual Performance Appraisal
• 13th 14 month
Qualifications
• At least 1 year of bedside work experience (required)
• At least 1 year InterQual® or MCG experience (required)
***InterQual® and MCG are clinical decision support tools used in utilization management and care planning.***
Education Requirements
• Graduate of BS Nursing
• Active PH Nursing License (Required and must be clearly indicated on the CV — if not listed, the candidate will be rejected)
• Active USRN License – Any State (Required and must be clearly indicated on the CV — if not listed, the candidate will be rejected)
Pre-Screening Notes

• Active PHRN License
• Active USRN License
Experience:
• Number of years with InterQual® or MCG experience
• Number of years with bedside experience
