ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are urgently hiring Vietnamese Bilingual CSRs to support our Vietnamese-speaking customers. This role is perfect for fluent Vietnamese speakers who want to build a career in customer service!

JOB DETAILS:

Role: Vietnamese Bilingual CSR - Competitive Pay

Location: Philippines - Hybrid / Onsite (depends on site)

YOUR ROLE:

- Support customers in Vietnamese and English through phone, chat, and email

- Assist with inquiries, billing concerns, service requests, and account-related issues

- Provide excellent customer experience and resolve issues efficiently

- Accurately document all customer interactions in company systems

- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer-focused solutions

- Meet targets for quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

- Native or Fluent in Vietnamese with strong professional communication skills

- Conversational English - Training and systems are in English

- No BPO experience required - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

- Experience in Collections or Order-to-Cash (O2C) is a plus but not required

- Must be eligible to work in the Philippines

- Foreign nationals with valid Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) are welcome to apply

SKILLS NEEDED:

- Customer service oriented with attention to detail

- Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills

- Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
