Are you a skilled Developer looking to build scalable, high-impact CRM solutions and work with modern Power Platform technologies? We’re looking for 3 MS Dynamics 365 Developers to join a dynamic team!

Location: Makati City, Philippines
Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days WFH / 2 days RTO)
⏰ Shift: Mid Shift (10:00 AM / 11:00 AM PHT)
Headcount: 3 Slots Available
Experience Level: 2–3+ Years

### Key Responsibilities
* Solution Development: Design and build Dynamics 365 solutions, including custom components, plugins, workflows, and integrations.
* Customization & Configuration: Configure and extend Dynamics 365 applications using native features and Power Platform capabilities.
* Integration & Data: Develop system integrations, Dataverse models, API development, and data migration.
* Full SDLC Delivery: Contribute to testing, deployment, release management, and continuous solution improvements.
* Support & Governance: Perform root cause analysis, maintain coding/security standards, and create clear technical documentation.

### Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* 2+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) and Power Platform development.
* Core Technical Stack: C#, .NET, JavaScript, Dataverse, and API/Integration development.
* Experience with system integrations, data handling, and solution deployment.
* Familiarity with Agile delivery and DevOps practices.

Preferred (Plus):
* Azure Services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus) & Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
* Understanding of CRM business processes (Sales, Service, Finance, or Operations).
