Qualifications:

•Minimum of 2-3 years experience as a WFM RTA

•Non-Nego - Knowledge in the use of WFM Tools - Nice IEX, CMS Avaya

•Experience in handling a voice LOB is preferred

•Experience in forecasting and scheduling is a PLUS
