JOB TITLE: Bilingual Customer Service - Vietnamese Speaker | ASAP Hiring*

Work Setup:* Onsite - Quezon City

Work Schedule:* Shifting / Night Shift

Salary:* PHP up to PHP 80,159.33 + PHP 20,000 Sign-On Bonus + Incentives

*Headcount:* 6 Openings

*ABOUT THE ROLE:*

We are urgently hiring 6 Vietnamese Speakers to support our international customers via phone, chat, and email.

*QUALIFICATIONS:*

- Fluent in Vietnamese - can speak naturally and professionally, including complex conversations

- Conversational English required (training and systems are in English)

- With or without BPO experience - freshers are welcome

- Collections or Order-to-Cash (O2C) experience is a plus but not required

- Must be eligible to work in the Philippines with valid work authorization

- Open to non-Filipino applicants with Temporary Resident Visa (TRV)

*WHAT YOU WILL DO:*

- Handle customer inquiries in both Vietnamese and English across multiple channels

- Assist with account-related concerns, billing inquiries, service requests, and product information

- Provide excellent customer experience while resolving issues efficiently

- Accurately document all interactions in company systems

- Meet targets for quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction

- Build trust and long-term customer loyalty
