*JOB TITLE: Multilingual Specialist - Khmer Speaker | 4 Openings | ASAP*

*Work Setup:* Onsite - Quezon City

*Work Schedule:* Shifting / Night Shift

*Salary:* PHP 60,946 to PHP 113,346 (Negotiable) + PHP 20,000 Sign-On Bonus + Incentives

*Headcount:* 4 Openings

*Start Date:* September 2026 | ASAP Hiring

*ABOUT THE ROLE:*

We are urgently looking for 4 fluent Khmer speakers to provide support to our Cambodian customers via phone, chat, and email.

*QUALIFICATIONS:*

- Fluent in Khmer - able to speak naturally and professionally

- Conversational English required (training and all systems are in English)

- With or without BPO experience - all are welcome to apply

- Collections or Order-to-Cash (O2C) experience is an advantage but not required

- Must be eligible to work in the Philippines with valid work authorization

- Open to non-Filipino applicants with Temporary Resident Visa (TRV)

*WHAT YOU WILL DO:*

- Handle inbound and outbound interactions in Khmer and English

- Assist customers with account concerns, billing, service requests, and product inquiries

- Resolve issues efficiently while delivering a great customer experience

- Clearly communicate across different cultures and backgrounds

- Accurately document interactions using company tools

- Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction goals
