Schedule: Shifting / Night Shift

*Openings:* 20 Slots - Start ASAP this September 2026

WE OFFER:

Up to PHP 110,027.33 Salary Package + PHP 20,000 Sign-On Bonus + Performance Incentives

WHO CAN APPLY?

- Fluent in Thai (both spoken and written) - Must be able to converse professionally and understand complex discussions

- With good English communication skills - Training and tools are in English

- With or WITHOUT BPO experience - Freshers are welcome!

- A plus if you have Collections or Order-to-Cash (O2C) background, but not required

- Must be legally eligible to work in the Philippines (Valid work visa / TRV for non-Filipino citizens accepted)

*WHAT YOU'LL DO:*

- Support customers in Thai and English via phone, chat, and email

- Handle account inquiries, billing issues, and general service requests

- Provide accurate information and resolve concerns with a customer-first mindset

- Ensure proper documentation of all interactions

- Hit your quality and productivity targets while building customer loyalty
