UK Collections Specialist | Onsite (Quezon City)
Location: Eton Centris, Quezon City
Work Setup: 100% Onsite | Graveyard Shift (UK Time, Shifting Schedule)
Salary Package: Up to ₱31,000 salary package (negotiable based on previous pay)
Job Summary:
We are hiring experienced UK Collections Specialists to join our team. The role involves handling collections for UK-based accounts, engaging with customers to resolve outstanding balances while maintaining compliance and professionalism. This is a great opportunity for candidates with a background in finance or collections who are looking to grow their career in the BPO industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound collection calls for UK-based customers
- Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve outstanding balances
- Ensure compliance with UK collections regulations and company policies
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions
- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting collection targets
Qualifications (NON-NEGOTIABLE):
- College Graduate
- Minimum of 1 year experience in banking, finance, or credit card collections for UK clients (e.g., motor/vehicle finance, asset finance, property or mortgage loans)
- Strong negotiation and assertive communication skills
- Knowledge of collections processes and handling international customers
- Willing to work onsite in Quezon City on a graveyard/shifting schedule
