Role Overview:

We are seeking an Insurance Policy Consultant to guide customers through the details of their insurance coverage, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise customers on insurance policy details

Resolve issues and answer policy-related questions

Assist with insurance claims and documentation

Salary: PHP 19,200–31,700 based on experience

Requirements:

1+ year of BPO experience

At least 2 years in college

Excellent communication skills
