What is your mission?

You will help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Provide customer service support / troubleshooting support through email/phone/chat to the client's customers.

Support content creators and deliver consultative support.

Perform data analysis to improve customer experience.

Gather client and partner feedback to enhance account and the customer experience.

Perform outbound calls as needed.

Who are we looking for?

Candidates must be at least Senior High School graduate.

At least 2 months relevant working experience in Customer Service preferably in call center, hotel or food industry and bank/financial institution.

Highly self-motivated, energetic with a positive attitude

Strong communication skills

Social Media Savvy and knowledgeable with digital content management is a plus

High attention to details and follow through

An effective team player who can also work independently

Proven ability to deal with problems and solve them effectively
