Location: George Town, Penang
Salary: RM 2,800 - RM 3,300

Qualifications:
Education background:
- Bachelor’s Degree or at least Diploma or equivalent in any discipline.
- English Language proficiency at B2 level (reading, writing, speaking, and aural comprehension) [Reference: Common European Framework of Reference for Languages]
Work experience:
- Minimum of 6 months work experience in customer support in any industry.
- Fresh graduates with degrees in disciplines such as English with Communication, English for Professionals, Mass Communication, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
- Call center experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
Required Interpersonal Skills:
- Customer service orientation.
- Results/solutions-focused approach.
- Customer expectations management.
- Active listening skills.
- Professional handling of queries and objections.
- Passion for communication and interacting with people is crucial for success in this role.
- Open to continuous feedback and able to thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and readiness to go the extra mile for self-improvement.
- Emotional intelligence and the ability to remain calm when dealing with stressed or annoyed customers.
- Strong reasoning and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated critical thinking, proactive attitude, and composed communication in challenging situations.
- Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in Mandarin.
Technical Skills:
- Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute with a 90% accuracy score.
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.
