Salary: Up to ₱35,000 (stretchable for highly qualified candidates)

Job Summary
The Operations Supervisor (Healthcare) will be responsible for overseeing daily team operations and ensuring excellent customer service delivery within a healthcare BPO environment. This role involves supervising a team of customer service representatives handling both remote customer service and distribution center customer service functions.
Required Skills:
- Supervise and support a team of individual contributors to meet operational goals and service standards.
- Provide post-sale technical and/or non-technical support via phone, online chat, or text.
- Manage call center operations for high-volume, low-complexity inquiries and provide solutions for lower-volume, high-complexity issues.
- Act as a liaison between customers, production, and distribution teams to resolve order-related concerns.
- Oversee operations in walk-in service centers, including product returns and repairs.
- Ensure all activities align with established company principles and healthcare industry standards.
- Identify and implement improvements to daily processes to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Lead short-term initiatives and ensure smooth execution of operational strategies within the team.
- Provide guidance and professional expertise to team members, ensuring accountability and high-quality outcomes.
Qualifications:
• Non-Negotiable Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in managing teams.
• At least 1 year of experience in Billing, Medical Claims, or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
• Required BPO experience of at least 1 year.
• College graduate
