We’re Hiring: (Hybrid in Taguig)

Location: Taguig (Hybrid – 1–2 days/week onsite)

Shift: Mid-shift

Salary: PHP 90,000 – 120,000

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience Level: 5+ years (Senior)

Headcount: 1

We’re seeking a Senior SharePoint Developer to take on a leadership role in both technical delivery and team development. If you’re passionate about building and maintaining enterprise-level solutions while mentoring others, this role is for you.

Key Requirements:

7+ years of development experience on the Microsoft .NET platform

Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft SharePoint (2013/2016/2019)

Solid knowledge of Confluence, Jira, and Office 365 collaboration tools

Experience with Power Apps development (preferred)

Skilled in client-side customizations (JSOM, REST Service, CSR, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery)

Server-side customizations including Custom Web Parts, SOM, SQL queries, stored procedures

Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills

Agile methodology and ITIL experience a plus

Must not be a job hopper (less than 1 year per role), former CGI employee, or have an active CGI application

What You’ll Do:

Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint applications and solutions

Act as both technical and team lead, guiding delivery and coaching junior members

Collaborate with solution owners, architects, and business stakeholders

Lead innovation initiatives and champion process improvements

Ensure application stability and provide production support when required

Create system documentation, process diagrams, and technical specifications

Contribute to high client satisfaction by delivering quality, scalable solutions
