Lead SharePoint Architect

Overview:

The organization is undergoing a digital transformation to modernize collaboration and content management using SharePoint as the central platform. We seek a Lead SharePoint Architect to provide strategic guidance, design expertise, and technical leadership for scalable, secure, and user-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide architectural direction for SharePoint solutions, ensuring alignment with IT strategy and security standards.

Lead the design and implementation of modern SharePoint collaboration, intranet, and workflow solutions.

Guide development teams and stakeholders in adopting best practices and governance for platform value maximization.

Define architecture, security, integration, and governance for SharePoint environments.

Mentor developers and administrators, resolving complex technical issues.

Collaborate with business units to translate requirements into effective SharePoint solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (certification preferred, e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert).

3-5 years’ experience in software design and SharePoint development.

At least 2 years of experience with M365, SPFx, and cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.

Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Location: Hybrid setup in Ortigas, Pasig.
