POSITION TITLE: Advertising Sales Rep Specialist
Role Type: Non-leadership, individual contributor
Performance Metrics: Incentive-based; KPIs not yet finalize
WORK SETUP: Return to Office
Project Shift Schedule: Rotation
Project Rest Day: Rotation
Project/Team Location: Quezon Cyberpark Tower 1
Headcounts: 4 to 5
(Salary is confidential, but once they will be selected, the final salary offer will depends to the client and project they will be assigned)
Target Start Date: September 29, 2025
Skills and Qualifications Required:
• Open to college graduates and undergraduates with relevant experience
• Minimum of 5 years in: B2B Sales, Consultative Sales, Sales Account Management, Solution Sales
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and ability to engage in research-driven sales strategies
• Background in consulting, marketing, or digital advertising is a plus
• Should not be a job hopper who works less than a year per company
• Must not be a former or current employee of the client
• Amenable to work onsite in Cubao, Quezon City
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Demonstrate commitment to consultative sales in service of client goals Manage a portfolio of advertisers of small to medium-sized business clients and grow revenue
• Prioritize outreach plans across your assigned portfolio based on understanding of clients and their needs
• Research and discover fundamental understanding of vertical(s)/market(s) industry and client business models
• Identify sales opportunities and provide clients with tailored solution(s) to meet their goal(s)
• Personalize client recommendations to suit varying needs Improve clients’ experiences by consulting on optimal and appropriate product adoption Proactively outreach (outbound calls) and reactively engage with clients over the phone and via email to frequently assess product performance and provide insights to optimize their advertisements and increase their investments Develop expert working knowledge of Social Media advertising solutions (including measurement) and what impacts performance, identify trends and solve problems
• Share ideas to improve ad products and the customer experience Exhibit curiosity by actively teaching self and others
• Produce success stories for advertisers who grew their business using Social Media products.
• Use various tools to effectively communicate and drive advertiser success.
RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
