Skills:
- Proven experience as Manager/Senior Manager or similar position.
- Experience with recruiting and performance evaluation processes.
- Familiarity with financial and customer service principles.
- Good math skills with the ability to create and analyze reports, spreadsheets
- Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
- Leadership and organizational abilities.
- Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem-solving attitude.
- Willingness to work in US Shift.
Experience:
10+ Years of healthcare experience in RCM.

Delivery of work as per SOWs, maintain client confidence, expand team in terms of,
improvement in process standards and associate efficiency.

Job Responsibilities
- Improve Accounts/Teams Performance
- Developing the team to execute business operations and cater to projected growth efficiently
- Manage all facets of professional billing revenue cycle processes.
- Conduct performance appraisals for the TLs, QAs and Associates.
- Planning and managing the unit operations and ensuring its success as a profit center.
- Training the team and developing operating processes systems to deliver outstanding client services.
- Innovate to optimize production and constantly improve Production, Quality, and Turnaround Time.
- Analyzing the workflow to improve process quality and enhance productivity.
- Developing the organization & policies to motivate & retain the workforce, manage the funds flow, and general administration.
- Responsible for attendance across client teams, Development and maintenance of SOP, and other documentation to ensure uniformity across teams and processes Transition Management.
- Submits periodic reports to the superiors on the performance and the growth plans available with the client.
- Contribute towards minimizing attrition & absenteeism
