Job Summary

The HR Delivery Lead will be responsible for leading large-scale global HR Shared Services and Hire-to-Retire (H2R) operations, ensuring consistent service delivery, SLA achievement, operational excellence, quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction. The role requires mandatory German language proficiency at B2.2 level or above to communicate effectively with German-speaking stakeholders. The candidate will manage global delivery operations, lead multicultural teams, oversee service governance and contractual commitments, drive HR transformation and process standardization, and leverage automation, analytics, AI, RPA, and modern HR technology platforms to improve service outcomes and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end HR Shared Services delivery across global Hire-to-Retire processes.
Manage Talent Acquisition, Core HR Administration, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Payroll, Compensation, and Employee Lifecycle Services.
Establish governance frameworks to ensure operational excellence, compliance, accountability, and consistent service outcomes.
Act as the primary delivery leader for customer engagements.
Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and provide executive-level delivery oversight.
Manage SLA/KPI performance, contractual commitments, service reporting, and customer satisfaction.
Drive HR transformation, process standardization, digitization, and operational excellence initiatives.
Integrate automation, analytics, AI, RPA, and Agentic AI into HR service delivery.
Own workforce planning, staffing strategy, capability development, succession planning, and talent management.
Ensure timely onboarding, training, and readiness of delivery teams.
Manage account-level financial performance, productivity, margins, and cost optimization.
Identify opportunities for account expansion, service transformation, and value creation.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, internal governance, audit requirements, data privacy regulations, and HR policies.
Identify and mitigate operational risks.
Drive continuous improvement across processes and controls.

Required Qualifications & Experience

16–18 years of progressive experience in HRO, HR Shared Services, or Global Business Services.
Strong experience leading large-scale global delivery operations.
Proven experience in end-to-end Hire-to-Retire processes.
Experience managing multi-location and multicultural teams.
German language proficiency at B2.2 level or above – Mandatory.
Strong BPS Service Operations / Service Management reporting experience.
Experience with contract management and SLA reporting.
Strong client management and stakeholder management experience.
HRO background is preferred but not mandatory.
