Job Description – Delivery Manager – HRIS
Role: Delivery Manager – HRIS
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 7–10 Years
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager – HRIS to lead end-to-end HR operations delivery with a strong focus on HRIS platforms, payroll operations, compliance, and service delivery.
The role will be responsible for ensuring seamless HR service delivery through Oracle HRMS and SAP SuccessFactors, maintaining US payroll statutory compliance, driving operational excellence, managing stakeholders, and leading continuous improvement and transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end HR service delivery with a focus on HRIS-driven operations.
Ensure adherence to SLA, KPI, quality, and productivity targets.
Manage US payroll statutory compliance, including taxation, reporting, and regulatory requirements.
Oversee implementation, enhancement, and utilization of Oracle HRMS and SAP SuccessFactors.
Drive system optimization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
Manage client relationships and conduct governance and service review meetings.
Ensure HR and payroll data accuracy, reporting integrity, and audit readiness.
Act as an escalation point for HRIS and payroll-related issues.
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and other cross-functional teams.
Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor service performance and drive operational efficiency.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service quality.
Required Qualifications
Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, IT, Finance, or a related field.
HRIS or Payroll certification is preferred.
Experience Requirements
7–10 years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS Delivery, HRO Service Management, or related areas.
Experience with HRIS platforms and payroll operations.
Exposure to US payroll and statutory compliance.
Experience in service delivery, stakeholder management, and system implementation/enhancement.
