EDUCATION
Graduate with 3-7+ year of Finance Payroll with general bookkeeping & reporting experience
SKILLS
Language requirement – English
Strong analytical skills, Communication
Strong treasury background and ability to sort, check, count and verify numbers
Result orientation
End to End Knowledge in general accounting process
Good domain expertise
Able and willing to work cooperatively with other team members
Maintaining confidentiality of work-related information and materials
Good Knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
RESPONSIBILITIES
Payroll processing - Direct staff , Indirect staff , reconciliations, leave requests compilation, SG & A tracker update , payroll journals, leave salary entries , air ticket entries , staff loan/advance entries , SLPL & Management salary entries. Payroll phasing, Payroll Tax calculation, Payroll tax integration journal, Detailed working for Payroll for Direct and Indirect, Payroll advance updation, Payroll reconciliations, Payroll accounting etc.
Journal Entry Preparation, Posting and analyzing , Reconciliations
Accrual creation, posting etc.
Communication with internal & external customers for inquiry
Month end close related activities
Process Improvement and transformation
SLA/KPI Tracking and reporting
PAN and DOB are required for profile creation
