Lead Global HR Operations and German-Language Delivery
We're looking for an experienced HR Delivery Lead to drive large-scale HRO and HR Shared Services operations across global Hire-to-Retire processes. This leadership role combines service delivery, client management, SLA governance, transformation, workforce leadership, and commercial accountability, with German-language expertise as a key requirement.
Qualifications
16–18 years of experience in HRO, HR Shared Services, GBS, or HR Operations
Mandatory German proficiency at B2.2/C1 level or above
Strong experience in service delivery management, SLA/KPI reporting, contract governance, and client management
Proven leadership of large, multi-location and multicultural HR operations
Strong knowledge of Hire-to-Retire processes, including Talent Acquisition, Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Talent Management, and Employee Lifecycle Services
Experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow HRSD, or similar HCM platforms
Exposure to automation, analytics, AI, RPA, and HR transformation initiatives
Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Eligibility
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 16–18 years
German language proficiency: B2.2/C1+ mandatory
PAN and DOB are required for profile creation
