Job Description
We are hiring an experienced HR Delivery Lead – Resourcing German Language in Bangalore with 16–18 years of experience in Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO), HR Shared Services, Global Business Services, or related service delivery environments. The role requires strong leadership experience in managing global HR operations, customer engagements, service delivery governance, contractual commitments, SLA/KPI reporting, and large multicultural teams.
The ideal candidate must have German language proficiency at B2.2/C1 level or above and be capable of engaging effectively with German-speaking stakeholders. Strong experience in BPS Service Operations, Service Management reporting, contract management, SLA governance, HRO, HR transformation, and Hire-to-Retire (H2R) processes is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
HR Service Delivery Leadership: Lead end-to-end global HR Shared Services and H2R operations, ensuring achievement of SLAs, KPIs, quality standards, productivity targets, and customer satisfaction.
Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as a senior delivery leader for customer engagements, manage executive-level governance reviews, and provide performance reporting, business insights, and strategic recommendations.
Service Management & Governance: Own service governance, contract management, SLA/KPI reporting, operational controls, risk management, and compliance across global delivery operations.
Transformation & Innovation: Drive HR transformation, process standardization, automation, analytics, AI/RPA, and Agentic AI initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, employee experience, and cost performance.
Workforce & Financial Management: Lead workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, financial performance, productivity, margin improvement, cost optimization, and account growth initiatives.

Qualification
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related discipline.
16–18 years of progressive experience in HRO, HR Shared Services, Global Business Services, or HR Service Delivery.
Mandatory German language proficiency at B2.2 level or above, preferably B2/C1 certification.
Strong experience managing large-scale global delivery operations, multi-location teams, client governance, SLAs, contracts, and service performance.
Exposure to Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow HRSD, ERP, automation, analytics, AI/RPA, or Agentic AI is preferred.
