HR Operations Team Lead
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 7–10 Years
Band: BPO 4
Salary: Up to ₹12 LPA
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Team Lead to manage a team of 15+ resources and oversee global HR Operations/Shared Services delivery across international geographies. The role involves team leadership, service delivery, stakeholder management, escalations, process improvement, and HR technology management.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 15+ resources.
Allocate work, monitor performance, and ensure operational targets are achieved.
Conduct performance reviews, yearly ratings, and performance evaluations.
Drive employee engagement, development, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
HR Operations & Service Delivery
Manage end-to-end HR Operations services across:
Global Benefits
Total Rewards
Invoice Processing
Wellbeing Benefits
Global Mobility
Ensure accuracy, quality, compliance, and timely service delivery.
Identify and implement process improvements.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Manage relationships with global clients and internal/external stakeholders.
Act as the point of contact for escalations and service-related discussions.
Provide regular service performance updates and reports.
Technology & Systems
Work with Workday, Darwin, and ServiceNow to support HR Operations.
Leverage HR technology to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
Strategic Planning
Partner with leadership on service delivery and team-development initiatives.
Support expansion of service offerings and alignment with organizational objectives.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's / Master's degree in any discipline.
7–10 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Shared Services supporting international geographies.
Experience managing teams of 15+ resources.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools.
Knowledge of Workday and Darwin is preferred.
Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and documentation.
Experience in performance management and employee evaluations.
Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
Strong written and verbal English communication.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Strong attention to detail and quality-control mindset.
Ability to manage high-volume operations in a fast-paced environment.
Work Requirements
Willingness to work 24×7 shifts, including US shifts.
Flexibility to work extended hours based on business requirements.
