Job Title: HRO Payroll Assistant Manager

Job Responsibilities

Process payroll accurately for employees across multiple countries.
Calculate wages, commissions, bonuses, deductions, and taxes.
Maintain and update employee payroll data with complete accuracy.
Ensure compliance with payroll regulations, tax laws, and statutory requirements across multiple geographies.
Coordinate with third-party payroll vendors and ensure SLA adherence.
Validate payroll through audits and reconciliation checks.
Generate payroll reports, payroll registers, and payslips.
Handle employee payroll-related queries and resolve issues promptly.
Work closely with Finance for payroll reporting and reconciliation.
Support internal and external payroll audits.
Maintain confidentiality of employee payroll information.
Manage year-end payroll activities and legislative updates.

Required Experience

8–10 years of payroll experience.
Hands-on experience in Global/International Payroll.
Strong understanding of payroll practices, tax laws, and employment regulations across multiple countries.
Experience with payroll software and HRMS systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
