Job Title: International HR Team Lead | HR Operations

Location: Mumbai | Band: BPO 5 | Salary: Up to ₹16 LPA

We are seeking a dynamic Team Lead to manage our International HR Services team. This role involves leading a team of HR Services Associates, ensuring smooth delivery of HR operations across multiple international regions, and fostering a culture of service excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR Services Associates and other HR operations staff
Conduct 1:1s, set goals, provide feedback, and manage performance
Oversee workforce planning, shift scheduling, and ensure coverage for 24x7 operations
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes in Workday and ServiceNow
Review and approve HR letters, documentation, and compensation changes
Ensure compliance with HR policies, audits, and data privacy standards
Act as escalation point for complex HR queries from employees and managers
Drive audits, monitor KPIs/SLAs, and lead process improvement initiatives

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree (Graduation compulsory)
6+ years in HR Operations / Shared Services, with 2+ years in a team lead role
Strong Workday and ServiceNow experience
Excellent English communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and attention to detail
Flexible to work 24x7 shifts and extended hours
Advantage: experience automating HR processes with Python
