Job Title: Italian Language Specialist – Cards Operations

Job Summary

We are looking for an Italian Language Specialist – Cards Operations with strong Italian language skills and experience in Cards Operations – Disputes & Collections. The ideal candidate should have good analytical, communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

Handle Cards Operations activities related to Disputes & Collections.
Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports.
Analyze information and support operational requirements.
Use MS Office tools for reporting and day-to-day activities.
Meet stringent client deliverables and timelines.
Prepare and deliver presentations when required.
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications

2–10 years of relevant experience.
Strong Italian language proficiency – written and verbal.
Knowledge of Cards Operations – Disputes & Collections.
Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong client communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office tools.
Experience with MIS reporting.
Effective presentation skills.
Ability to meet stringent client deliverables.
Immediate joiners preferred.
