Hiring: Lead Finance Analyst – OTC

Location: Nagpur
Experience: 4–8 Years
Salary: Up to ₹9 LPA
Band: BPO 3
Domain: Travel, Transport & Hospitality (TTH)

Requirements

Finance/Commerce graduate with 4+ years of experience in OTC / F&A Operations
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Good knowledge of:
- Cash Applications
- Billing
- Reconciliations
- Bad Debt Management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Client & stakeholder management experience
Ability to drive and collaborate with teams
Experience in team training / cross-training
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
Strong MIS reporting skills – Monthly/Quarterly
Good understanding of controls, SOPs and compliance
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Flexible to work in shifts from Nagpur
Focus on process improvement and operational efficiency

Key Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with internal & external stakeholders
Handle queries and escalations with clear and concise responses
Ensure SOPs are accurately documented, updated and followed
Analyze processes, identify errors and suggest improvements
Support MIS reporting and business reviews
Maintain strong attention to detail and control compliance
Drive team performance, collaboration and process improvements
Support month-end and project-related activities

Education

Bachelor's/Master's in Commerce, BBA, BCCA or MBA
