Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Analyst
Location: Chennai
Experience: 5–10 Years
Shift: Flexible to work in Rotational/Night Shifts
Education
Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, or a related field.
Legal or Paralegal certification will be an added advantage.
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Analyst to review, assess, and manage risks associated with third-party vendors and suppliers. The candidate will conduct third-party due diligence, assess risk levels, support compliance requirements, and work closely with Procurement and Business Stakeholders to develop effective risk mitigation strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Review and assess third-party risks and conduct impact assessments.
Classify third parties into appropriate risk categories, including High, Medium, and Low risk.
Conduct third-party and supplier due diligence.
Identify potential risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with TPRM requirements, internal policies, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Work with Procurement and Business Stakeholders to gather requirements and resolve risk-related issues.
Support the development and tracking of risk mitigation plans and milestones.
Maintain third-party risk databases, repositories, records, and audit trails.
Prepare reports on due diligence status, risk levels, compliance, and risk mitigation activities.
Work with leading TPRM tools and support risk management processes.
Serve as a point of contact for TPRM-related queries and stakeholder coordination.
Required Skills
Strong experience in Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) and third-party risk analysis.
Experience in Risk Management and supplier/vendor due diligence.
Knowledge of SOC 2 Controls and Compliance.
Experience with third-party risk assessment and risk classification.
Familiarity with ERP systems and TPRM tools.
Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with international contracts and regulatory requirements is preferred.
