Location: Chennai / Indore

Experience: 5–10 Years

Shift: 24/7 (Rotational Shifts)
Work Mode: Work from Office

Mandatory Requirement:

Relevant Google Product Operations experience

Key Skills Required:

Strong operations management experience
Proven experience in leading, coaching, and managing teams
Ability to monitor KPIs and analyze performance data
Expertise in performance governance, compliance, and SLA management
Workforce planning, resource allocation, and operational forecasting
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
Experience driving process improvements and operational excellence

Responsibilities:

Ensure adherence to KPIs, compliance standards, and operational goals
Lead, mentor, and coach teams to achieve business objectives
Monitor team and individual performance and implement improvement plans
Conduct daily team meetings and ensure effective communication
Plan staffing requirements and optimize resource allocation
Oversee day-to-day operational workflows and resolve operational issues
Analyze performance trends and implement continuous process improvements
Escalate critical risks and operational issues to the Account Manager
Support employee development through training, mentoring, and career growth initiatives

Eligibility:

5–10 years of Operations Management experience
Mandatory experience supporting Google Products/Operations
Willing to work from the office in 24/7 rotational shifts
Ex-TCS employees are not eligible to apply
PAN and Date of Birth are mandatory for profile creation
