OTC Senior Associate – Finance & Accounts

Location: Chennai
Experience: 3–5 Years
Shift: 12:30 PM – 3:30 AM

Job Overview

We are hiring an experienced OTC Senior Associate to handle Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations within the Finance & Accounting domain. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, Cash Allocation, and ERP-based finance processes. The candidate should possess good analytical skills and the ability to manage daily operations efficiently.

Education Qualification

Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3)
Non-technical graduation in Finance & Accounts stream:
- B.Com
- BBA
- M.Com
- MBA (Finance)

Required Skills

3+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting (FnA) domain with O2C process
Hands-on experience in Order-to-Cash functions:
- Billing
- Cash Allocation
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Daily reporting
Functional experience with ERP applications (Oracle preferred)
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong MS Office skills
Basic communication skills

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end O2C activities including billing and cash application.
Perform Accounts Receivable operations and ensure timely processing.
Prepare and maintain daily operational reports.
Identify process challenges and highlight issues for resolution.
Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records and ensure data quality.
Support customer/vendor relationship management.
Track expenses and maintain process compliance.
Perform data entry and transaction processing activities.
Ensure attention to detail while handling finance operations.

Candidate Requirements

Experience in O2C processing and AR operations is mandatory.
Good listening, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
Customer service-oriented approach.
Willingness to work in night/rotational shifts.
100% Work From Office (Chennai).
