Procurement Operations – French Resource
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 2–5 Years
Shift: Night Shift
Job Overview
We are looking for a Procurement Operations – French Resource with strong French language proficiency and a basic understanding of Procurement and Supply Chain Operations. The candidate will support procurement processes by interpreting French business/process information, processing procurement requests, supporting Purchase Order creation, handling stakeholder queries, and ensuring SLA and quality compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement Operations
Provide effective French language support for procurement operations.
Receive and process PR/SC requests and perform standard validation and due diligence checks.
Support Purchase Order (PO) creation and procurement request processing.
Ensure procurement requests are processed accurately and within agreed SLAs.
Apply basic knowledge of Procurement and Supply Chain Operations while supporting language-based activities.
Monitor productivity and ensure daily, weekly, and monthly SLA compliance.
Follow up on open procurement items and ensure timely closure.
Handle customer and third-party stakeholder queries related to procurement activities.
Follow the defined escalation matrix for unresolved issues.
French Language Support
Read, understand, and communicate business and process-related information in French.
Support French-language communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Attend client calls and business communications with local teams when required.
Interpret French inputs accurately to support procurement processing and resolution of operational queries.
Quality & Process Compliance
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training manuals.
Perform peer-to-peer quality checks to minimize processing errors.
Ensure quality, productivity, and SLA requirements are consistently met.
Identify and support process improvement initiatives.
Maintain accurate documentation and complete assigned activities within agreed timelines.
Comply with internal requirements and customer-specific processes.
Stakeholder Management
Maintain effective communication within the team.
Build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate with client teams to resolve operational queries.
Participate in weekly calls and other business communications as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
French language proficiency – Mandatory.
Ability to read, understand, and communicate process-related information in French.
2–5 years of experience in procurement operations, shared services, BPO, or related processes.
Basic knowledge of Procurement Operations and Supply Chain Operations.
Understanding of Purchase Requisition (PR), Service/SC requests, and Purchase Order (PO) processing.
Basic understanding of procurement process cycles and process compliance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Good understanding of customer quality and productivity expectations.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work within SLAs.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Shift Details
Night Shift
Rotational timings:
5:00 PM – 2:30 AM
10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Additional Information
