We're looking for an experienced Purchasing & Admin Administration Team Lead to manage high-volume Purchase-to-Pay (P2P), Accounts Payable, supplier administration, reconciliations, reporting, and team operations.

Requirements:

·
8–12 years of relevant experience

·
Proven leadership in P2P/AP/shared services environments

·
Strong knowledge of P2P, AP, GRNI, journals, accruals, and process controls

·
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

·
Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

·
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle JD, etc.) is an advantage

·
Power BI knowledge is a plus
