Role: RTR Senior Associate

Experience: 5–8 Years
Location: Chennai
Shift Timing: 3:30 AM – 1:30 PM
Band: BPO 3

Education:
Post Graduate in Accounting or Finance; CA/CPA highly preferred

Good to have: MS Excel, Strong English Communication

Job Description:

Handle day-to-day transactional services including reconciliations
Perform period-end activities such as journal entries
Manage fixed asset accounting, overheads, tax, and treasury functions
Work on financial systems and provide reporting support
Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance
Meet daily targets while maintaining quality and turnaround time (TAT)
Identify and drive process improvements and transformation initiatives
Resolve operational issues in a timely manner
