Job Title: Sr. Process Associate – GL & Fixed Assets

Location: Nagpur
Experience: 4–8 Years
Shift: 24x7
Grade: 2/3

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Sr. Process Associate – GL & Fixed Assets with strong expertise in Record to Report (R2R), General Ledger, and Fixed Assets accounting. The role involves managing end-to-end accounting activities, ensuring compliance, and supporting month-end close processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage General Ledger accounting and Fixed Assets processes
Perform GL and bank account reconciliations
Handle month-end close activities and journal entries
Ensure compliance verification, approvals, and quality review
Manage intercompany and intracompany transactions, including billing and revenue recognition
Prepare and maintain Fixed Assets schedules and depreciation records
Assist in audit activities and respond to auditor queries
Perform customer account and statement reconciliations
Identify process gaps and suggest improvements
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of financial data

Must Have Skills:

Record to Report (R2R)
General Ledger (GL) Accounting
Fixed Assets Accounting
Intercompany Accounting (InterCo)
Month-End Close & Journal Entries
Bank & GL Reconciliations
Compliance Verification & Quality Review

Good to Have Skills:

Payroll Reconciliation
Foreign Currency Revaluation
Fixed Assets Analysis & Audit Support
Knowledge of Oracle and Cadency
Strong understanding of Revenue Recognition

Educational Qualification:

Minimum 15 years of full-time education (10+2+3)
Commerce/Finance background preferred:
- B.Com / B.Com (Hons)
- M.Com
- MBA (Finance)
- CA Inter / ICWA Inter

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must have 4–8 years of relevant experience
Ex-TCS employees are not eligible
Candidates must be willing to work in 24x7 shifts
PAN & Date of Birth (DOB) are mandatory for profile creation
